Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our company’s IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems, including network security, server management, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems from cybersecurity threats.
- Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Experience with network management and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
